A Note from Me to You

I’m Bari Gratton—a spiritual pragmatist, yoga therapist, and storyteller of the sacred ordinary.

For over two decades, I’ve been exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life.

Through embodied practice, I help students untangle the noise of perfectionism, deepen their awareness, and live with clarity and compassion. My methodology draws from yogic philosophy, ritual, and neuroscience, weaving together movement, breath, sound, myth, and meditation into transformative experiences that move off the mat and into your everyday life.

This work unfolds through the art of becoming—a living methodology grounded in ritual, embodiment, and Tantra, guiding you toward the ongoing practice of becoming who you are meant to be.
